Senator Taylor moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 25f, line 11, after the word “sport” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That a county board of education and the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission may not limit coach sport-specific contact with student athletes outside the sports regular season.
